    • Signature request workflows

    • Customer support communications

  • By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive operational and transactional text messages from Lupo Logistica LLC.

    These messages may include:

    • Pickup scheduling notifications

    • Wireless carriers

    • Internet service disruptions

    • Third-party communication providers

    • User device limitations

    • Incorrect contact information

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that cargo and shipment contents comply with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, and transportation restrictions.

    Lupo Logistica LLC reserves the right to refuse service for shipments that violate applicable laws, safety standards, or operational requirements.

  • All platform content, software, branding, operational workflows, documentation, and related materials are the property of Lupo Logistica LLC unless otherwise stated.

    Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse platform materials without authorization.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupo Logistica LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of services, communications systems, operational delays, shipment disruptions, or platform access.

    Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

  • Item descriptionUsers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lupo Logistica LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Violation of these Terms

    • Misuse of services

    • Violation of applicable laws

    • Inaccurate shipment information

    • Unauthorized or unlawful cargo contents

  • Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

    Users acknowledge that they have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy.

  • Lupo Logistica LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or platform functionality at any time without prior notice.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

    Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.

    Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
